Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Santa Cruz Boxing, we value your commitment and strive to offer fair and transparent policies. Please read the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds for memberships and personal training sessions.
1. Month-to-Month Memberships

All month-to-month memberships require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@santacruzboxing.com or in person at the front desk.

Membership will remain active and charges will continue through the 30-day cancellation period.
2. Annual Memberships

Annual memberships require a minimum of 60 days’ written notice to cancel before the next billing cycle or contract renewal.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@santacruzboxing.com.

No partial refunds will be issued for early termination after the 60-day window has passed.
3. Personal Training Sessions

All personal training appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the loss of that prepaid session.

No refunds will be issued for missed or no-show sessions.
4. General Refund Policy

All sales, including memberships, class packages, workshops, and merchandise, are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

In special circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Santa Cruz Boxing management.
