BOXING

Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents.  We teach western style boxing in accordance with USA Boxing rules.

- Whole Body Conditioning Work on Mat

Each week we work on a different skill to give you a complete training program.

KICKBOXING

The kickboxing classes are taught with MMA in mind.  We use mostly Muay Thai techniques, but also train with principals taught in Dutch style kickboxing and traditional martial arts

Each week we work on a different skill to give you a complete training program. If you want to add in kicks to your fighting style or just get in incredible shape, kickboxing is for you.

This fast passed class is the most fun you can have working out.  We use a circuit style format to work on:

- Striking Skills

- Strength Training

- Endurance

- Overall Fitness

ROCK STEADY BOXING

This is a non-contact boxing-based fitness class for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, following the guidelines of the International Rock Steady Program.

Class designed to develop:

- Physical Strength

- Balance

- Focus

- Community Spirit
