All Classes are 55 minutes.

Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents.  We teach western style boxing in accordance with USA Boxing rules.

After a dynamic warm up you will drill combinations on the bag and work conditioning on the floor for a whole body work out. Each week we work on a different skill to give you a complete training program.

If learning to box and increasing your fitness is your goal, then Boxing is for you.

Boxing

Kickboxing

The kickboxing classes are taught with MMA in mind.  We use mostly Muay Thai techniques, but also train with principals taught in Dutch style kickboxing and traditional martial arts.

Like the boxing class, we start with a dynamic warm up and then we drill combinations on the bag.  In addition we work conditioning on the floor for a whole body work out. Each week we work on a different skill to give you a complete training program.

If you want learn how to add in kicks to your fighting style or just get in incredible shape, kickboxing is for you.

Rock Steady Boxing

Boxing class for individuals with Parkinson's, following the Rock Steady Program. This is a non contact class to develop community, support, balance, strength and focus.  Please call to set a time to visit.
