Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents. We teach western style boxing in accordance with USA Boxing rules.

KICKBOXING
The kickboxing classes are taught with MMA in mind. We use mostly Muay Thai techniques, but also train with principals taught in Dutch style kickboxing and traditional martial arts

ROCK STEADY BOXING
This is a non-contact boxing-based fitness class for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, following the guidelines of the International Rock Steady Program.
Class designed to develop:

- Community Spirit
