BOXING
Boxing
Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength to defend against and overcome opponents.
You will jump rope, shadow box, drill combinations on the bag and partner up to work footwork and defense. Each week we work on a different skill to give you a complete training program.
If learning to box and increasing your fitness is your goal, then Boxing is for you.

Boxing Circuit
Get your sweat on and pound it out. After a dynamic warm up, you will do multiple rounds of bag drills, strength training and metabolic exercises. This class is the most fun you can have working out. If working on your boxing skills and getting in better over all shape is what you are looking for, Boxing Circuit is for you.
There is no contact in any of our Boxing Circuit classes.

Power Boxing
This Thirty minute class is ten rounds of high intensity drills, to maximize your work out in the shortest amount of time.
Whether you are just starting out, looking for a quick work out before work, at lunch or just want to supplement your training with a little extra time, this class is for you.
